Braselian dumb cancellations
In the French topical magazine "Bulletin A.F.P.T." nr. 34, 1988 Bernard Jimenez shows us so called dumb cancellations from Brasilia.
A dumb cancellation is a cancellation without place and date indication. Used during the "Empire" (Napoleonic period). The cancellations have no points or stripes, but count lots of figures.
Among them 4 figures that look lie bees. Bernard Jimenez did not tell us if the Brasflian figures are comparable with the USA fancy cancellations.
