This is a booklet of Nyasaland 1953.

The text says: 

"Agricutural Parcel Post:
Certain classes of goods produced in Nyasaland may be despatched in any place within Nyasaland by Agricultural Parcel Post at special cheap rates:
(then follows the rates)
Bread, butter, fruit, grain, groundnuts, honey, jam, tea, tobacco, etc., etc. Your postmaster will supply you with full details."

Nyasaland was a British protectorate in Africa. Shut in by Rhodesk Nord (nowadays Zambia) in the west, by Mozambique in the south and the east and by Lake Tanganika in the north. 

Since 1954 Nyasaland is named Malawi.
