Hintergrund-Info: Am 1. Januar 1998 wurde durch die Neufassung des Postgesetzes (= Wegfall des Postmonopols) ein neues Kapitel privater Briefbeförderung geschrieben. Seit Mitte der 2000er Jahre gibt es zunehmend mehr Mitbewerber auf dem deutschen Postsektor.
